We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of General Manager, reporting directly to the Managing Director of the company. This pivotal position encompasses leadership responsibilities across Sales, Marketing, Factory, and Finance, demanding comprehensive proficiency in all functional areas. The ideal candidate will boast a strong background in Sales and Marketing, with a proven track record of overseeing company operations for a minimum of 5 years.

As the head of our team in the Middle East market, which comprises over 300 employees across three factories and more than 80 sales team members, the General Manager will play a pivotal role in managing company showrooms, dealer networks, and our thriving hospitality business. We are in search of a creative strategist, dedicated to producing results and achievements.

Education:

A Master\'s Degree in Management from a prestigious institution such as IIM or equivalent top-tier programs.

Preferred Age:

Between 40 to 45 years.

Experience:

A minimum of 15 to 20 years of professional experience.
At least the past 5 years must include independent management of a medium-sized company.
Demonstrated experience in the Middle East market, particularly in the UAE and KSA, is crucial.
We seek a candidate with an aggressive, dynamic, and visionary approach, along with a stellar track record of achieving significant milestones.
Industry experience in the consumer durable sector is highly preferred.
