Job Summary: Looking for a General Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

The successful candidate will be required to oversee work and assistant general managers in the mechanical, plumbing, electrical as well as other department heads including design section, tendering department within the air conditioning division

Job Qualifications and Experience

The suitable candidate must have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or an MEP background
Should have more than 20 years of proven working experience in the MEP field
Strong knowledge in air conditioning units required
At least 10 years of GCC or UAE related working experience with at least 3+ years of experience in reputable grade A MEP contracting company
Should be able to handle techno-commercial aspects of various MEP projects
Strong leadership and management skills required
Must be able to lead and manage the project teams as well as sub-contractors
Good communication and interpersonal skills required
The suitable candidate must have a valid GCC driving license
Candidates with knowledge of Oracle ERP will have a great advantage
Excellent problem solving skills required
Good project management skills required
