Job Description
Our client is a leading luxury fine dining restaurant & lounge in Dubai and is looking for an experienced GM to lead the operations.
Responsibilities

- To ensure that guests are fully enjoying their visit to the restaurant, the GM directs and motivates the service staff to ensure that guests are having a great time
- Establishes restaurant business plans by surveying restaurant demand
- Meets restaurant financial objectives by developing finances
- Attracts patrons by developing and implementing marketing, advertising, and public and community programs
- A degree in hospitality management or a relevant field
- Prior experience in fine dining concepts is a MUST
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Comfort working with budgets, revenue, and forecasting
- Ability to lead big groups of people
