FZN will open at Hotel Atlantis in Dubai. A fine dining concept inspired by both three-Michelin star restaurants, Frantz\xc3\xa9n in Stockholm and Z\xc3\xa9n in Singapore.
Designed to replicate an intimate living room, upon arrival, guests are whisked up to an elegant rooftop orangery, housed in a brand-new structure, which overlooks the glittering Dubai skyline.

We are now looking for a General Manager with demonstrable experience of working within world leading and exceptional restaurant and hospitality environments. You will be leading the brand management, commercial understanding, strategic vision, operational excellence, and leadership of this inspiring collaboration.
About Frantz\xc3\xa9n Group:
In 2008, Bj\xc3\xb6rn Frantz\xc3\xa9n opened his first restaurant, Frantz\xc3\xa9n in Stockholm, Sweden. The restaurant was awarded two stars in Guide Michelin after only two years in service, and its third star after six months in its current location.
The Frantz\xc3\xa9n Group includes several establishments in Stockholm and is established internationally with three Michelin starred Z\xc3\xa9n in Singapore, Villa Frantz\xc3\xa9n in Bangkok, Studio Frantz\xc3\xa9n in London.
In 2023 the group will establish 4 new restaurants internationally.
Our goal is to collaborate with talented Restaurant Professionals and offer opportunities to learn and grow within the profession.
