Job Description
- Oversea total business performance for central kitchen location and outlet of sales
- Strengthen relationship with suppliers/partners and build new ones.
- Seek out opportunities for expansion and growth by developing new business relationships, projects ... etc
- Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity
- Prepare regular reports for upper management
- Review and improve organizational effectiveness by developing processes, overseeing employees, establishing a highly motivational work environment, and creating innovative approaches to improvement
- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve sales, profitability, market-share, and business-plan objectives
- Develop, implement, and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts)
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- UAE F&B Management: 7 years (Required)
- UAE Driving License (Required)
