A reputed Digital Marketing Agency in Dubai is hiring an experienced General Manager to lead their operations and growth.
General Manager - Digital Marketing
Oversee daily operations, teams, and client delivery
Drive digital marketing strategy and business growth
Manage P&L, budgets, and performance KPIs
Build strong client relationships and ensure service quality
Lead sales, marketing, and project teams toward targets
Requirements:
5- 7years experience in digital marketing or agency leadership
Strong management and decision-making skills
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics
Excellent English communication
Proven ability to drive revenue, efficiency, and team performance
Knowledge of Arabic language skills are an advantage (spoken and written)
