Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
General Manager
to lead and oversee our construction operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be aCivil Engineer with strong project management expertise
, capable of managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence in compliance with UAE regulations.Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum
3-5 years of UAE experience
in construction project management Strong knowledge ofUAE construction standards, codes, and regulations
Proven ability tomanage multiple construction projects and overall operations
Experience in project planning, budgeting, cost control, and resource management Ability to lead project teams, site staff, and subcontractors Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and stakeholdersFluent in English (spoken and written)
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills Immediate availability is preferredLocation:
