General Manager - Construction
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end construction operations and ensure successful project delivery across multiple sites
Define and execute business strategies to improve operational efficiency, margins, and profitability
Oversee budgeting, cost management, contract administration, procurement, and commercial controls
Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations, quality benchmarks, and health & safety standards
Manage and mentor senior leadership teams, project directors, and key functional heads
Act as the company's representative with clients, consultants, government authorities, and major stakeholders

Candidate Profile:

12-15+ years of progressive experience within the construction sector
Demonstrated leadership in senior management roles within the UAE or GCC markets
Strong expertise in project management, contracts, commercial operations, and governance
Excellent leadership, strategic decision-making, and stakeholder management capabilities
Academic background in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; MBA is an added advantage
