The Role
Position Title: General Manager - Construction Employment Type: Full Time Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family benefits and bonus Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well-known diverse group of companies in UAE. : ? Take appropriate business decisions to ensure the achievement of Cell/Division\xe2\x80\x99s target and meet the Company\xe2\x80\x99s Strategic Objectives. ? Company\xe2\x80\x99s day-to-day activities covering Projects, Operations, Commercial, Finance, Production, and Marketing matters. ? Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects, and vendors. ? Supervise construction managers to monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes. ? Work with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure all projects are completed before schedule, of excellent quality and within budget. ? Create, own, and operate all systems to ensure operations run smoothly.

Requirements
Qualifications: ? Open to Jordanian, Lebanese, Egyptian, or Palestinian nationals ? Male, 55 years old and below ? Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering or Architecture ? At least 10 years of UAE experience in the same role preferably from construction \xe2\x80\x93 residential and commercial industry; 7 years in senior position ? Must have PMP certification and Business certification ? Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office Applications
