The Role
Position Title: Construction Manager - Construction Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 80K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family benefits and annual bonus Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well-known diverse group of companies in UAE. : \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects, and vendors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise construction managers to monitor construction progress, including worker productivity and compliance with building and safety codes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure all projects are completed before schedule, of excellent quality and within budget. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create periodic reports for various projects and prepare weekly project snapshots and action plan. \xe2\x80\xa2 Create, own, and operate all systems to ensure operations run smoothly.

Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Open to Arabic nationals \xe2\x80\xa2 Male, 55 years old and below \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture \xe2\x80\xa2 Masters in Project Management or equivalent is preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 10 years of experience in the same role in the UAE \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have a background in managing various projects with experience in both Architecture and Interior Fit-out implementation \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
