Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the cleaning company, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Manage and lead operational staff, supervisors, and administrative teams.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control to ensure profitability.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, health & safety regulations, and industry
standards.
Implement performance management systems and staff training programs.
Identify new business opportunities and participate in tenders and contract negotiations.
Report directly to the Chairman/Board on business performance and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
Minimum 7-10 years of management experience in the UAE, preferably in cleaning,
facilities management, or related service industries.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record in business development and client management.
Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a competitive market.
