General Manager

to lead our operations and drive our online growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the overall daily operations of the car rental business, ensuring efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand online bookings and enhance digital presence. Manage and lead the operations, sales, marketing, and customer service teams. Build and maintain relationships with online travel agencies (OTAs) and corporate clients. Monitor fleet performance, utilization, and maintenance schedules to maximize efficiency. Analyze financial reports, control budgets, and ensure cost-effectiveness across departments. Drive continuous improvement in processes, systems, and customer experience. Recruit, train, and motivate staff to maintain high professional standards. Report directly to the Managing Director/CEO with performance updates and strategic recommendations.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

5-10 years of proven experience in a managerial role

within the

car rental, transportation, or automotive industry

. Strong background in

online business operations

and familiarity with digital marketing and booking platforms. Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multi-national teams and work in a fast-paced environment. Age between
