Key Responsibilities:

Function as Head of the Profit Centre of automotive brands (New) and deal with the overall responsibility of the business unit
Champion Customer Satisfaction Standards and attain objectives
Enhance Dealership Image
Set up and communicate Customer Satisfaction Standards throughout the organization
Set and achieve financial budget and business plans for the dealerships
Develop and grow the business & maintain market share
Seek new business growth areas, where they demonstrate synergies with the existing business.
Provide strategic direction to the division by guiding the process of formulating Business Plans
Maintain Operational and Budgetary controls
Formulate strategies for Asset Management and Inventory Control
Formulate the \xe2\x80\x98Pricing Strategy\xe2\x80\x99 to improve market share

Requirements:

Graduate in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering and 15+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the automobile business
Experience with Chinese brands will be added advantage
Leadership capability and people management skills
