Job Description

We are looking for an experienced General Manager for one of the top class outlets located in Al Ain, Abu Dhabi.

To qualify for this role, you should have at least 5 - 10 years of U.A.E. experience as a General Manager in the Food & Beverage industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient and effective performance of all departments.
  • Manage and motivate a diverse team of employees, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor and analyse financial performance, making strategic decisions to drive profitability.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys market presence.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Prepare and present reports to senior management and stakeholders, providing updates on company performance and progress.
Requirements

Requirements:

Age: 40 - 50

Gender: Male

Languages: English and Arabic are Must.
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 - 10 years of experience as a General Manager in the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Accounting and Finance background is a must
  • Procurement department experience is a must
  • HR and admin background is a must
  • Food & Beverage industry experience is a must
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is a Must.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving financial targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen.
1. Should have knowledge of Procurement department
  • Sourcing and procuring goods and services for the company.
  • Work closely with the team of buyers and suppliers to ensure that the company is getting the best possible prices for the goods and services.
2. Should have knowledge of Accounting & Finance department
  • Ensure timely vendor payments, overseeing invoicing and billing, overseeing budgets and working in co-ordination with various Govt. Authorities as well as key departments of the organization i.e. HR, Finance, Operations, Procurement, Supply chain, Marketing, etc
  • Supervising the process of vendor payments (which includes invoice receipt, verification, feeding, filing, following-up and tallying) at the central level for managing vendors
3. Should have knowledge of Supply Chain department
  • Coordinating, Organizing, and Overseeing all activities involved in the identification, acquisition, production, and distribution of the companys goods.
Benefits

Salary: AED 10,000 - AED 20,000
