Requirements:
- Experience in a management role within a steel manufacturing plant, with a focus on production, quality control, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, including 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
- Ability to analyze data and use it to drive decisions that improve efficiency and profitability.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software, such as MRP and ERP systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, including environmental, health, and safety regulations.
