We are seeking a General Insurance Coordinator with strong experience in the UAE construction sector to manage and coordinate all construction-related insurance policies. The role requires hands-on knowledge of Builders Risk Insurance, Workers Compensation, Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions), and Contractors All Risks (CAR) Insurance, ensuring full compliance with UAE regulations, client requirements, and project contracts. Key Responsibilities Manage and administer Builders Risk Insurance covering structures, materials, and equipment at construction sites Coordinate Contractors All Risks (CAR) Insurance, including material damage and third-party liability coverage Handle Workers Compensation Insurance in compliance with UAE labor and insurance regulations Manage Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions) Insurance for consultants, engineers, and design-build contractors Liaise with UAE-based insurers and brokers for policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and certificates Ensure insurance coverage meets client, consultant, and contractual requirements for each project Prepare, submit, and follow up on insurance claims until final settlement Maintain accurate insurance records, policy schedules, and claims documentation Monitor policy expiry dates and ensure timely renewals to avoid coverage gaps Support project, commercial, and finance teams with insurance-related documentation and compliance Requirements Available in the UAE and able to join immediately Bachelors degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Relevant insurance certifications will be an added advantage. Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in construction-related insurance Proven experience handling Builders Risk, CAR, Workers Compensation, and Professional Liability Insurance Construction industry background is mandatory Familiar with UAE insurance practices, documentation, and claims procedures Strong coordination, negotiation, and communication skills
