Job Description
Job Purpose
The General Helper supports daily operations by assisting in routine tasks, maintaining cleanliness, handling materials, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment. This role requires flexibility, discipline, and a positive attitude to support various teams.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in loading, unloading, and moving materials, products, or equipment as directed. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the workplace, including equipment, work areas, and storage spaces. Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times. Support production staff with basic tasks as required. Dispose of waste materials properly and ensure compliance with environmental standards. Handle tools, equipment, and supplies carefully to prevent damage or loss. Perform basic maintenance and cleaning tasks as instructed. Assist in delivering items or transferring goods between departments. Report any issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Supervisor immediately. Carry out any other duties assigned by management.
