We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Helper to support daily operations and assist with various tasks as assigned. The role involves providing assistance to skilled workers, maintaining cleanliness, moving materials, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist skilled workers and staff in carrying out their tasks.
Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment as required.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workplace.
Support in minor repairs, basic handling of tools, and preparation of materials.
Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or team leaders.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a helper or in a similar role preferred but not mandatory.
Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks.
Ability to work under supervision and follow instructions.
Willingness to work in different environments (indoor/outdoor).
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Work Conditions:
Full-time position.
May require overtime or weekend work depending on project needs.
