to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining glass surfaces in residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings, ensuring all glass is spotless, streak-free, and professionally maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Clean windows, mirrors, glass partitions, and facades using approved tools and safe cleaning solutions
Carry out both internal and external glass cleaning, including hard-to-reach and high-level areas (where applicable)
Follow all safety procedures when working at heights or on BMU/suspended platforms
Identify and report any cracks, damages, or defects to the supervisor
Maintain and clean equipment, ensuring it is always in good working condition
Support general cleaning and basic maintenance tasks when required
Coordinate with the supervisor to complete daily tasks on time
Requirements
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in glass or facade cleaning (preferred)
Basic knowledge of cleaning tools and glass-safe chemicals
Physically fit and comfortable working at heights
Rope Access or BMU experience is an advantage
Ability to follow company safety policies and instructions
Valid UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory)
