Key Responsibilities:
? Supervise and coordinate civil foremen and site teams
? Oversee civil works including concrete, masonry, formwork & finishing
? Ensure work is executed according to drawings and specificationsMonitor site productivity, quality, and project progress
? Enforce HSE standards and PPE compliance
? Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements
? Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors
? Maintain daily reports, progress records, and workforce logs
Experience:
Proven experience as a General Foreman or Senior Civil Foreman
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and standards
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
Ability to communicate clearly in English
