Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily operations of construction projects.
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Supervise and direct construction workers and subcontractors to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
Interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate execution of project plans.
Monitor and enforce compliance with all applicable safety regulations and company policies.
Manage and maintain inventory of materials and equipment needed for the project.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with project specifications.
Prepare and submit progress reports to project managers and other stakeholders.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on the construction site.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
