We are looking for an experienced
General Foreman
to supervise and coordinate all site construction activities. The ideal candidate will ensure work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead site teams including foremen, chargehands, and workers. Ensure that construction works are carried out as per drawings and specifications. Coordinate with engineers and project management for planning and progress updates. Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage to maintain productivity. Ensure adherence to safety procedures and quality standards. Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly. Prepare and submit daily progress reports.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Foreman or General Foreman in building or infrastructure projects (UAE experience preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Good understanding of safety and quality standards. Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
