Excellent opportunity for a general finance lawyer (ideally with some PF experience) to join a tier 1 team in Dubai. This team provides advice on both conventional and Islamic finance matters, and to lenders, financial institutions, funds, sponsors, borrowers and issuers in corporate and structured finance transactions, including secured and unsecured, syndicated and bilateral loans, asset finance, project finance, Islamic finance, supply chain finance, trade finance and debt capital market transactions. You should have ideally round 4+ years PQE and gained solid experience to date. Project finance experience would be a distinct advantage. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also have the option to be based in Dubai or Riyadh, KSA.
