We are looking for a

highly organized and proactive General Coordinator cum Purchasing Officer

to support our

online-only restaurant / delivery kitchen

. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, manage procurement, and ensure smooth workflow across all activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient workflow. Manage procurement of ingredients, packaging, and operational supplies. Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and maintain quality standards. Monitor inventory and maintain accurate stock records. Support planning and organization of catering orders or bulk deliveries. Ensure compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards. Pr3epare reports on purchases, inventory, and operational activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Coordinator or Purchasing Officer

; experience in catering, restaurant, or delivery kitchen operations is an advantage. Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of inventory and procurement systems. Good communication skills in English. Proficient in MS Office or relevant software.

Benefits:

Salary: QR 5,500 monthly (full package) 1 duty meal per day
