Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Utensil & Equipment Cleaning
Wash, rinse, and sanitize all kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates, glasses, and cooking equipment. Operate dishwashing machines and ensure proper chemical usage. Store clean utensils and equipment in designated areas.Kitchen Area Cleaning
Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen surfaces, floors, walls, and storage areas. Clean and sanitize sinks, stoves, ovens, fridges, and other kitchen equipment daily. Dispose of kitchen waste properly and follow waste segregation procedures.Restaurant & Dining Area Cleaning
Clean floors, tables, chairs, and service areas in the restaurant. Ensure restrooms and hand wash areas are cleaned and stocked regularly. Assist in cleaning after restaurant closing and before opening hours.General Duties
Follow hygiene and safety standards as per company and municipal health regulations. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or shortages to the supervisor. Ensure cleaning materials and tools are used and stored safely. Perform any other related duties assigned by the supervisor or managementJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
