Your key responsibilities:
? Manage accounts and financial transactions as per company policies and procedures
?Knowledgeable on bank transfers, bank transactions, preparing invoices and receipts.
?Monitors petty cash payments and the replenishments
? Accounts Receivable and Payable
?Preparation of Bank reconciliation
?Expert in VAT filing
?Professional manner, strong work ethic and can work under pressure.
?Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
? Prepare accounts up to finalization
?
Liaise with auditors and provide necessary documentation during audits.
?Utilize
Advanced Excel
for financial reporting and data analysis
? Work with implementing ERP
Software
(preferred)
Requirements:
- Proven experience in
accounting in a Trading Company (Max 5 years)
- Strong knowledge of
Advanced Excel
and
accounting software (SAP B1 Preferred)
- Familiarity with financial reporting
- Well-organized, mature and hard-working, and able to work independently under pressure.
Age Criteria - around 30 years
