Job Title: General Accountant

Up to AED 13,000/month

Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced General Accountant to oversee core financial operations, ensure compliance, and support accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in accounting practices within the UAE market and must be proficient in English and Tagalog to effectively communicate within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily accounting transactions and general ledger entries Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Handle VAT filing and compliance in alignment with UAE regulations Conduct audits and assist with audit preparations Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow Maintain and improve ERP systems and financial reporting tools

Qualifications & Skills

CPA certification

(mandatory)

5-7 years of professional accounting experience Minimum 2 years of experience within the UAE Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards Skilled in financial reporting, reconciliations, and audit processes Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, etc.) Able to communicate effectively in Tagalog and English
