Job Summary



We are seeking a

highly experienced Generative AI & Data Science Engineer

to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in

Azure OpenAI

,

Azure AI Services

,

machine learning

, and

advanced analytics

, with a proven track record of building intelligent, scalable systems for enterprise and financial use cases.

Key Responsibilities



Design and implement

Generative AI applications

leveraging

Azure OpenAI

and

Azure AI Foundry

services. Develop and integrate

RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

pipelines using

vector databases

,

text vectorization

, and

embedding models

. Build and optimize

end-to-end machine learning pipelines

including data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, deployment, and monitoring. Apply

Agentic frameworks

such as

LangChain

,

CrewAI

,

A2A

, or similar to build multi-agent reasoning systems. Implement

predictive analytics

and

ML models

focused on

financial services

, including risk modeling, forecasting, anomaly detection, and data-driven decision support. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to translate analytical insights into actionable strategies. Ensure scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency of deployed AI solutions within

Azure Cloud environments

. Research and evaluate emerging AI tools, LLM-based frameworks, and MLOps best practices. Lead and mentor junior data scientists and AI engineers in solution development and architectural design.
