Job Description

Main Purpose of Job


Manage team or project execution, promoting strategic and functional excellence. Cultivate an environment of continuous improvement, oversee team dynamics, and ensure successful delivery of departmental objectives and company-wide strategies.

Strategic Responsibility


Oversee team or project operations, aligning with departmental goals. Develop and implement operational strategies and processes. Manage and develop team members, fostering skill enhancement. Collaborate with other managers to ensure cross-departmental alignment. Monitor and report on project or team performance.

Functional Responsibility


Identify tenders that align with the companyaEUR(TM)s product portfolio and strategic goals. Develop competitive bids, addressing pricing, product specifications, and regulatory compliance. Ensure that products meet all regulatory requirements, including registration and licensing. Negotiate contract terms, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure timely product delivery to the tendering authority. Ensure that products meet required quality standards through appropriate practices. Manage post-award contracts, resolving issues and maintaining positive relationships. Build and sustain relationships with payers and policymakers across GCC and Levant. Develop strong business cases for tenders across GCC and Levant regions. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform tender strategies.

Job requirements

Qualifications


bachelor's degree in relevant fields.

Preferred


Professional Certificate in relevant field is a plus.

Experience


Required Minimum 12 years.

Language


Required English - proficient. Preferred Arabic - proficient.

1. Team Collaboration: Mid and junior managers collaborate with their team members on projects, share information, and ensure effective execution of tasks.
2. Performance Check-ins: Managers conduct regular check-ins with their direct reports to provide feedback, discuss progress, and address any challenges or concerns.

4. Departmental Meetings: Managers attend departmental meetings to share updates, discuss objectives, and align efforts within their specific area of responsibility.

2. Supplier Negotiations: Engage in negotiations with suppliers or vendors to secure favorable terms, pricing, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
3. Industry Networking Events: Attend industry conferences or events to network with peers, stay updated on industry trends, and build professional connections.
4. Professional Development Workshops: Participate in external workshops or seminars to expand their knowledge and skills in their respective fields.
