Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Gas Technician with Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) approval to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing gas systems in compliance with DCD regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, inspect, and maintain gas pipelines, regulators, and equipment for commercial, industrial, and residential projects. Ensure all work complies with Dubai Civil Defence (DCD) codes and safety regulations. Perform gas leak detection tests, pressure testing, and safety checks. Conduct preventive maintenance and troubleshoot gas systems to identify and rectify faults. Prepare reports and documentation for inspections, approvals, and compliance. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and DCD inspectors for approvals and site inspections. Ensure proper handling and safe working practices with gas equipment and materials.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid

DCD (Dubai Civil Defence) approval/certification

for gas installations. Proven experience as a Gas Technician in Dubai or UAE. Strong knowledge of gas systems, safety regulations, and installation standards. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and gas layouts. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. UAE driving license (preferred).
