Job Description

Job Category: Quality Management
:
Provide technical information to design and development packs, including measurements, block and construction
details, to facilitate development sample preparation.

Lead fit sessions from development sample to PP sample with the design and development team and ensuring the

product fit is consistent across all categories.

Ensuring clear and concise Development/fit/PP comments are communicated to vendors for bulk production.
Work closely with the buying team to support the fit development process from technical perspective.
To calculate tentative fabric consumption.
Be able to manage wearer's trials with the aim of improving fit & grading.
Ability to develop grade rules to match sizing requirements preparing graded size charts for production to ensure a

consistent fit across all sizes.

Be able to make corrections in pattern if there any issue in fitting.
Supplier management. Maintain regular contact with suppliers and factories throughout production and address any

technical issues to ensure shipment dates are achieved.

Review production/shipment samples to confirm they adhere to all agreed standards of fit, quality, labelling and

packaging.

Review GPT report and take call on commercial aspect with discussion of department head

An ideal Fit Technologist should have At least 3 to 5 years of experience for Fit technician roles in retail office or such as pattern design and quality assurance experience at least 3 years
