Garment Production In-Charge / Production Coordinator Luxury Fashion Brand - Dubai Salary: AED 4,000-5,000/month | Type: Full-time Role Summary: Manage and coordinate garment production from design to final piece. Supervise tailors and cutters, source materials, maintain quality, and ensure projects meet brand standards and timelines. Collaborate with design, sales, and operations teams to achieve high-end production results. Key Points: Oversee daily production and assign tasks. Monitor workflow, resolve issues, and meet deadlines. Source fabrics, trims, and supplies; track material usage. Enforce quality control across cutting, stitching, and finishing. Supervise and train production team members. Coordinate with operations/sales for special and VIP orders. Maintain production records, trackers, and performance reports. Support design team with sample development and new collections.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
