About the Role:

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

Production Coordinator

to support our growing fashion production team. In this role, you will play a vital part in sourcing materials, streamlining production processes, supervising the production team, and ensuring efficient, high-quality execution of our collections. You will also be responsible for managing production documentation and contributing to the development of new collections.

Production Supervisor Responsibilities

Source all required materials, fabrics, trims, and production supplies in line with project timelines and quality standards. Research and identify new materials and suppliers to support innovation and the development of upcoming collections. Maintain organized, up-to-date records of patterns, technical documentation, and production booklets. Assign daily tasks to the master cutter, tailors, and handwork specialists, and follow up consistently to ensure all work is completed accurately and within deadlines. Supervise the production team at all times, including tailors, master cutters, and handwork specialists, ensuring high-quality execution of designs and efficient workflow. Oversee daily production operations, monitor progress, resolve challenges, and ensure strict adherence to deadlines. Provide detailed production reports and performance updates to management on a regular basis. Support the planning, development, and organization of new collections in coordination with the design and production teams. Uphold rigorous quality control standards across all production stages to maintain product excellence. Assist with general production operations to ensure smooth, organized, and efficient daily processes.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in fashion production, operations, or a related field. Strong understanding of materials sourcing, production processes, and garment construction. Proven ability to supervise and coordinate production teams effectively. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of production management tools is an advantage. Familiarity with high-end fashion production standards is a plus.
