SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in supervision of garment manufacturing process min 5 years
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Problem-Solving skills
- Capacity to work under pressure.
- Positive attitude
- Accuracy and good attention to details
- Strong Excel skills
- Language: English
ROLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinating customers and production.
Prepare orders sheets
Managing and assigning daily work plans for a team of cutters, tailors and helpers
Coordinating internally between departments
Ensuring that production line is properly balanced for target output
Responsible that all production is done based on technical specification and approved samples
Quality control management before every delivery
Coordinating with subcontractors and internal team
Reporting to Operational Director
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
