JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE

Maintain and care for the gardens, lawns, and outdoor spaces, ensuring they meet high aesthetic and cleanliness standards.


Plant pruning, watering, and maintain flowers, shrubs, trees, and other landscape features.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Proven experience in gardening or landscaping, preferably in a hospitality or residential setting. Knowledge of plant care, horticulture, and irrigation. Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail for plants care, cutting and weeds removal. . Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Previous experience in maintenance is plus.

QUALIFICIATON

10th grade level. Basic English communication skills. Must have knowledge in cleaning items, chemicals, and machineries.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

Ability to work in an environment with conditions which may include fumes, odour, gases, chemical and dust. Ability to move and lift items of moderate weight. Ability to stand for extended time periods. Ability to bend, stoop and crawl and ability to descend and ascend ladders, stairs and scaffolding. Ability to work more than duty hours and able to work on weekends, holidays and emergency condition if assigned. Ability to operate equipment and tools related to cleaning.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum (4) years' Landscape experience locally in the UAE.
