Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and physically fit Garden Worker to join our landscaping and maintenance team. The Garden Worker will be responsible for planting, pruning, weeding, watering, and maintaining gardens, green spaces, and landscaped areas across client or company sites.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform general gardening duties such as planting, watering, trimming, pruning, fertilizing, and weeding. Maintain lawns, hedges, flower beds, and garden features. Operate gardening tools and equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers). Report any dead or diseased plants and take corrective action as instructed. Clean and maintain outdoor spaces, removing debris, fallen leaves, and trash. Assist with landscape installation and seasonal planting activities. Follow schedules and instructions provided by the supervisor or manager. Ensure proper use and storage of gardening tools and chemicals. Adhere to safety procedures and report any hazards or incidents promptly.

Requirements:



Previous experience in gardening, landscaping, or groundskeeping preferred. Basic knowledge of plant care and garden maintenance techniques. Ability to operate and maintain gardening tools and machinery. Physically fit and capable of working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good attention to detail and a sense of responsibility. Willingness to follow instructions and company guidelines.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,400.00 per month
