Responsibilities:
Vehicle Damage Assessment:
Inspect and assess the damage to vehicles involved in accidents or incidents.
Document the extent of damage and determine whether the vehicle is repairable or deemed a total loss.
Estimate Repair Costs:
Work with auto repair shops or in-house technicians to get accurate estimates for repairs.
Calculate the cost of parts, labor, and any other required services.
Prepare Insurance Reports:
Prepare detailed reports for insurance companies, outlining the damage, cost estimates, and any additional repairs needed.
Ensure reports comply with the guidelines and standards of the insurance company.
Communication with Stakeholders:
Communicate with the policyholders, repair shops, and insurance adjusters to clarify the claim details.
Provide recommendations based on the assessment of the vehicle's damage.
Negotiation:
Assist in negotiating repair costs and settlement terms between the insurance company and the repair shop or customer.
Stay Updated on Industry Trends:

Handling Claims Process:
Assist in processing claims and ensuring they are finalized promptly.
