Position 1: TechnicianJob Responsibilities:
Assemble, upgrade, and repair gaming PCs, laptops, and consoles.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Perform case modding, liquid cooling installations, and other customization work.
Install and configure gaming peripherals and accessories.
Provide on-site technical support through our mobile service vans.
Maintain inventory and ensure proper handling of tools and equipment.
Stay updated with the latest gaming hardware trends and technologies.
Requirements:
Experience in PC building, troubleshooting, and hardware repairs.
Knowledge of gaming components, overclocking, and cooling solutions.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
Position 2: SalesmanJob Responsibilities:
Assist customers in selecting gaming PCs, peripherals, and accessories.
Explain technical specifications and recommend suitable products.
Process sales transactions and handle customer inquiries.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing store/display in the van.
Promote FLC G Labs' products and services to increase sales.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend gaming events and exhibitions to showcase products.
Requirements:
Previous sales experience in electronics, gaming, or tech-related fields.
Passion for gaming and strong knowledge of gaming hardware.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to meet sales targets and work in a team.
UAE driving license (preferred but not mandatory).
