Responsible for the supervision of all interior site works, including labor force, quality control, and coordination with clients and management
Material Knowledge
Must be able to understand drawings & details, material finishes, Site requirements, and high attention to detail.
Knowledge in Local Authority Approvals including , Trakhees, DCD, DEWA etc
Knowledge in projects related documentation, writing emails etc.
Should be able to perform setting-out plans as per approved drawings
Material and manpower planning and management Should be able to work with high accuracy and handle the workplace requirements efficiently
Planning of work & proper reporting by prepare daily and weekly progress reports Supervise teams of Carpenters and technicians
Good understanding of project control with respect to Quality and Time management
Honest, discipline, self-motivated and hardworking
Site protection/Safety work environment to be monitored.
Valid Driving license is must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
