Dubai Municipality (DM) approved Civil Engineer with G+1 license
to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing G+1 building projects, authority approvals, and site execution in compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage G+1 construction projects from planning to handover.
Prepare and submit approval documentation to DM and other authorities.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and inspectors for approvals and inspections.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality codes and standards.
Review architectural and structural drawings and supervise site execution.
Maintain logs and trackers for permits, NOCs, and authority correspondence.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
DM G+1 Engineer Approval
- must be valid and active.
3-5 years of UAE experience in building construction.
Strong knowledge of DM procedures, UAE building codes, and authority coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and civil engineering software.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
Strong communication and project management skills.
