We are looking for an FX Product Manager preferably with experience working for a global fintech, who can spearhead the complete transformation of FX offerings across Retail, SME, and Wholesale for a UAE bank.

The Opportunity:
We're looking for someone with a fintech mindset and deep FX expertise to rebuild and relaunch the bank's FX proposition from the ground up - from product design and platform strategy to digital execution and P&L ownership. You'll drive innovation, own the roadmap, and lead cross-functional execution across tech, marketing, risk, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver a future-ready FX product strategy aligned to client needs and market trends
• Build new FX propositions and digital journeys for retail, SME, and institutional clients
• Drive commercial performance through data-led pricing and revenue strategies
• Lead product innovation through partnerships with fintechs and vendors
• Ensure compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations and internal risk frameworks
• Own the FX product P&L and drive portfolio growth through market-leading campaigns

What We're Looking For:

• A background in FX product management within a leading fintech, digital bank, or global financial institution
• Strong understanding of FX instruments, markets, and regulatory environments
• Proven track record of launching and scaling FX products across customer segments
• Commercial mindset with P&L experience and data-driven decision-making skills
• A collaborative operator who thrives in fast-paced, transformation-focused environments
