The Role

- Monitors the functioning of all trading instruments and platforms. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitors and adjust overall trading instruments settings and parameters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Executes client\xe2\x80\x99s transactions as and when they are requested. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assists clients on their queries with respect to trading and the company\xe2\x80\x99s trading products. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitors the flow of transactions of all clients and investigates irregular activity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitors the company\xe2\x80\x99s overall portfolio and report on risks related to trading. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitors activity in the financial markets on a continuous basis across a range of asset classes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Creates analysis reports related to client\xe2\x80\x99s trading activity. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaises with third parties, internally and externally, to ensure a smooth and reliable trading experience for clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Offers training for dealers to carry out their duties effectively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Carries out any further duties assigned by their line manager. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contributes to a positive and dynamic working environment.
- Minimum of 1- 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with Forex in a similar role. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluency in English \xe2\x80\xa2 Has strong analytical skills and can work under pressure. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work in a fast-paced environment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work shifts
