Job Description

Role purpose:

The Future Ready Organisational Culture specialist role will work as part of a diverse global team, developing our strategy around Future Ready ways of working. The role will deploy policies, practices and digital tools to enable the Future Ready culture journey. and as well as provide expertise and support that engage, inspire and connect employees with our Future Ready vision and Spirit values.
1. In partnership with the leadership team, develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to inform, connect and engage our employees around our Future Ready ways of working. These will cover the future readiness of our workforce including how we evolve our hybrid working patterns, and how we evolve our use of physical and virtual office spaces
2. Evolve our Future Ready journey, by reviewing our Future Ready policies, the use of work patterns and feedback from our listening tools, to recommend best course of action to further our cultural maturity with a progressive mindset
3. Research external practices, benchmark _VOIS against these and define what great looks like
4. Evaluate the relationship between Future Ready initiatives and indicators such as Spirit Beat scores, great place to work score, attrition rates, D&I metrics and others
5. Enhance the Employee Experience at _VOIS in a hybrid workplace, being accountable for the areas below but not limited to:
  • Implementation of digital tools that support our evolution in a hybrid workplace i.e VBOS, online collaboration tools
  • Implementation and evolvement of practices that support hybrid working i.e. office in a box
  • Recommend initiatives to improve employee experience along the moments that matter by calling out how each persona will work moving forward and the support they will need from their Manager.
  • Ensure training is delivered to employees and managers to support embedding of the Future Ready ways of working
  • Work together with other CoEs i.e. Resourcing, to evolve the candidate experience and ways of working from a Future Ready perspective

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

  • People Engagement: Ensure Employee Experience Excellence along the Employee Life Cycle journey
  • Data insights: coordinate all feedback mechanisms and platforms, use data to derive actionable insights for continuous improvement and innovation in the employee experience field
  • HR Digital Transformation: ensure progress of HR digital transformation by seizing internal digitalization opportunities, leading by example and acting as a test bed for global digital initiatives.
In addition to the above, the role might be required to offer support to the Employer Branding work stream:
  • Resourcing & Employer Branding: Become the employer of choice in the IT&S industry, in all centres we operate by 2023


Core competencies, knowledge and experience


  • 3-5 years of experience on organisational culture specialist roles in multinational organisations
  • Experience working in global teams, matrix environment is an advantage
  • Digital and technology acumen, experience of using Office 365 and data analytics. AI acumen is an advantage.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
o University degree in business/economics/HR
o Understanding of Technology industry and trends
o 2-3 years of experience working in project teams and coordinating deployment of project deliverables.
o Advanced communication and influencing skills, able to engage with senior leadership/executive levels
o Good project management skills
o Advanced English language proficiency
