Achieves Department &Individual Sales Targets and ensures prevention of losses.
Assists the customer with their needs, demands, suggestions and complaints while applying best-selling practices.
Able to probe for customer needs and wants and to identify their specific needs.
Able to advice customer the best solution that matches their needs with the ability to increase the ATV
Knows and understands the goals set by the company for own role.
Achieves the assigned task as per the set objectives, standards and timelines.
Adheres to company policies and procedures, Thinks and acts as a team-player.
The job holder will also be responsible for maintaining the desired retail operations, customer service, replenishment, VM standards in the store in all aspects.
2 to 5 years of Experience in Furniture and Home d\xc3\xa9cor industry mandatory, especially with known brands.
Fluent spoken Arabic is a must. Conversational English is desirable.
Job location is Muscat. Commission will be paid on achievements of Sales targets

Salary: From RO5.000 per day Ability to commute/relocate:
