Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Execute fine carpentry and joinery works for luxury wooden furniture, cabinetry, and interior fit-out elements with precision and accuracy.

Read and interpret detailed technical/shop drawings to ensure correct dimensions, alignment, and execution.

Carry out cutting, shaping, assembling, edging, veneering, laminating, and fitting of wooden components.

Ensure accurate fitting and installation of furniture, panels, doors, and joinery items on project sites.

Work with different materials such as solid wood, veneer, MDF, laminates, and decorative finishes.

Collaborate with designers, production supervisors, and site teams to meet quality and timeline requirements.

Maintain tools, machines, and equipment in good working condition.

Follow safety guidelines and ensure high-quality finishing standards at all times.

Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 5-6 years of experience as a finishing carpenter, with at least 3-4 years in the UAE on luxury furniture/joinery or fit-out projects.

Strong knowledge of joinery, furniture manufacturing, and fit-out installations.

Ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings accurately.

Skilled in both manual carpentry tools and modern woodworking machinery.

Experience working on luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end commercial projects.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Technical certification/diploma in carpentry or joinery.

Previous experience with luxury furniture manufacturing companies in the UAE.
