Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, or design plans.
Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials using hand and power tools.
Assemble furniture parts to form complete units using nails, screws, dowels, or adhesives.
Sand, finish, and polish wooden surfaces to the desired texture and appearance.
Repair and refurbish damaged or worn furniture pieces.
Operate woodworking machines such as saws, planers, routers, and jointers safely.
Ensure all work meets quality standards and follows safety guidelines.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with designers, supervisors, and clients to meet project requirements and deadlines.
