Duties/Responsibilities
Build furniture frames and complete pieces according to blueprints or design drawings
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood or other materials
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently
Sand, finish, and inspect products for quality and durability
Install hardware (hinges, drawer slides, etc.) as needed
Collaborate with designers or supervisors to meet design and quality standards
Requirements and skills
Minimum 5 years of professional experience
in furniture making
Ability to read technical drawings and plans
Skilled in using woodworking tools and machinery
Attention to detail and strong craftsmanship
