RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with project managers and team members to plan and schedule carpentry projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion. Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to understand project requirements and communicate deliverables. Organize and schedule resources, including carpenters, equipment, and materials, to ensure they are available when needed. Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials to the job site. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and clients, addressing any delays or issues proactively. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits.
