Office Furniture Sales

Outdoor sales experience

Promoting a product in the market using strategies, increase the customers in order to achieve the business goals in the meaning of overall sales volume and profitability target.

Build and maintain a close relationship with top customers in order to retain them

Identify new potential customers, contact them and offer regular existing and new products in order to increase total sales turnover and customer database

Prepare and send quotations to potential customers and negotiate the sales deal until final agreement.

Closing the sales by ensuring that all the payments are received.

Regular follow up with existing customers to be aware of their needs

Maintain client satisfaction by delivering best sales experience and deal effectively with any complaints or issues raised

Acquire detailed knowledge on products and local laws and regulations (e.g. import/export restrictions)

Maintain and communicate regular activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses by comparing historical records with actual results and achievements vs. plan

Recommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments

Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management

Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.

Stay informed about economic development in the commodity market and its impact on the business (pricing, customer behaviours etc.)

Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies

Perform other duties assigned by your line manager

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
