Funds Manager
Job Location : Ajman, United Arab Emirates
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing an investment analysis.
- leading the fund to beat its competitors and their benchmark indexes.
- Managing the funds with mutual funds, pension funds, trust funds, and hedge funds.
- Setting a suitable plan to approach the targeted source of funds and finance for the FAM Group and its projects.
- Identify Banks, Finance Companies, Funds, or individual private investors for arranging funds, finance or debt facilities.
- Develop and prepare required documents and materials to arrange the finance.
- Present investment information about the group and its companies and projects to the target financiers
- Arranging funds, debt facilities, or equity to finance the group activities and projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work under high pressure to meet deadlines and quotas.
- Must be able to easily transition with changes to processes and requirements.
